Policy
Objective
To ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and security of personal profiles while maintaining transparency and trust with users.
Data Collection and Use
- Personal data is collected only for providing personalized services, such as AI coaching and foresight tools.
- All data is anonymized before being integrated into analytics systems to prevent identification of individuals.
Information
We minimize the collection of personal data to the barest minimum for security, privacy, and research purposes. We use the information you provide to both recognize you, and to aggregate, anonymized data to better understand our members. For instance, age bands allow us to separately analyze the future from young peoples and seniors perspectives, which will naturally be somewhat different and are a pointer to changing attitudes and beliefs.
Similarly we recognize that not all people see themselves as binary males or females. LGBT, defined as lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender+, is an acronym used to describe a diverse community of individuals whose sexual orientation and/or gender identity differs from the societal norm, and allows them to express their preference. Again, we use this information as a pointer to changing attitudes and beliefs among genders. This personal information is never shared except in aggregate terms with no naming of individual people.
Security Measures
- Encryption: Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest using advanced encryption protocols.
- Access Control: Strict access policies ensure only authorized personnel can access sensitive data.
- Secure Servers: Information is stored on secure servers protected against unauthorized access.
Transparency
- Users are informed about how their data is used, with clear opt-in/opt-out options for sharing anonymized insights.
- Regular updates on security practices are provided to maintain user trust.
Compliance
Adheres to global data protection regulations, including GDPR and CCPA, ensuring user rights are respected.
Incident Response
A robust incident response plan is in place to address potential breaches swiftly, minimizing risks to users.
This policy reflects PreEmpt.Life's commitment to ethical practices and user-centric security measures.
Protection
We do not discriminate against any person on the basis of their age, race, sex, disability, sexual orientations, gender identity, intersex status, civil status, being pregnant or on maternity leave.

Section 2
What personal data we collect
Your privacy is of paramount concern to us. We make every effort to protect your identity. It is always your choice what you share — we will never share your personal data without your express permission.
The following nine categories describe everything we may collect, together with the sharing rules that apply to each. Not all categories apply to every member — what we hold depends on how you use the platform.
1. Demographic and Identity Data — Never shared except in aggregate
| Data point | Notes |
|---|---|
| Age | Decisions look different at different stages of life. Age allows ALEXIS Navigator to contextualize your analysis within the generational pressures, time horizons, and life-stage considerations that shape what a good decision actually means for you — rather than applying a one-size-fits-all framework. |
| Gender | Gender shapes the environment in which decisions are made and the reception they receive. Where relevant to your decision context, this data point enables ALEXIS Navigator to surface dynamics that a gender-blind analysis would miss — particularly in organizational, political, and social decisions. |
| Location (country) | Where you are determines what is possible, what is legal, and what is culturally viable. Country-level context anchors your analysis to the actual regulatory, economic, and social environment you operate in — without it, strategic recommendations risk being accurate in theory but unworkable in practice. |
| Education level | This data point shapes how ALEXIS Navigator frames and presents analysis — calibrating depth, vocabulary, and the degree to which foundational concepts are explained. It ensures the platform meets you where you are rather than assuming a uniform starting point. |
| Occupation | Your professional role defines your decision authority, your exposure to risk, and the stakeholder relationships your decisions must navigate. ALEXIS Navigator uses this to ensure analysis reflects what is actually within your power to act on — not just what would be optimal in an unconstrained world. |
| Industry sector | Sector context transforms generic strategic frameworks into situated analysis. The dynamics, competitive pressures, regulatory rhythms, and failure modes that matter in financial services are fundamentally different from those in healthcare or manufacturing. Without this, ALEXIS Navigator would be reasoning about your decision in the abstract. |
| Email address | Used for account access, authentication, and member communications only. Not used for demographic analysis. |
| Ethnicity | Special category data under UK/EU GDPR Article 9. Collected only with your explicit consent. An essential data point for demographic analysis for decision intelligence — used solely to help identify and correct potential AI bias in platform outputs, ensuring analysis is equitable across all backgrounds. Never shared in any identifiable form. |
2. Behavioral and Usage Data — Shared anonymously and in aggregate only
| Data point | Notes |
|---|---|
| Platform activity logs | Usage patterns reveal how members actually work with the platform — which is often different from how they describe working with it. Login frequency and session duration help PreEmpt.Life identify where the platform creates genuine value and where friction is getting in the way, guiding improvements that benefit everyone. |
| Tool and survey usage | The tools you reach for most reveal your analytical instincts and preferred ways of approaching problems. This allows PreEmpt.Life to develop the platform around how members genuinely think — not around a theoretical ideal — and to surface tools you may not yet have discovered but are likely to find valuable. |
| Engagement with foresight exercises | Foresight is not a single event — it develops through repeated structured engagement. Your participation in surveys, workshops, and exercises builds the longitudinal picture that distinguishes genuinely predictive analysis from pattern-matching on recent data. The more you engage, the further ahead the platform can see with you. |
| Feedback and ratings on AI-generated outputs | Every rating you give is a correction signal. When AI output misses your context, underestimates a risk, or frames a question unhelpfully, your feedback is the mechanism by which the platform learns. This is how collective member wisdom shapes the analytical engine over time — and why your honest reactions matter more than positive ones. |
3. Psychographic and Attitudinal Data — Never shared except in aggregate
| Data point | Notes |
|---|---|
| Personal values and priorities | For example: sustainability, innovation, security. |
| Risk tolerance | Two people facing identical decisions can reach legitimately different conclusions simply because their relationship to uncertainty differs. Without knowing yours, ALEXIS Navigator cannot tell you whether a recommended course of action is genuinely suitable — only whether it is statistically defensible. Risk tolerance is what turns analysis into advice. |
| Future aspirations and goals | A decision that is tactically sound but strategically misaligned is still a mistake. Knowing where you are trying to get to allows ALEXIS Navigator to evaluate each decision against your actual destination — surfacing trade-offs and opportunity costs that only become visible when the analysis has a horizon to work toward. |
| Self-reported challenges and opportunities | What you perceive as a constraint or an opening is as analytically significant as the objective facts of your situation — because perception shapes action. Your self-reported view of your own landscape helps ALEXIS Navigator identify where your mental model of the situation may be creating blind spots, and where you may be underestimating leverage you actually have. |
4. Scenario and Story Data — Never shared except in aggregate
| Data point | Notes |
|---|---|
| Personal stories submitted in "My Life" module | Coming soon — this module is not yet live. This notice will be updated when it launches. |
| Responses to scenario-based questions | The futures you consider plausible are not neutral — they reflect assumptions, experience, and cognitive habits that structure every decision you make. Scenario responses make those assumptions explicit and testable, allowing ALEXIS Navigator to challenge the ones most likely to lead you astray while reinforcing those that reflect genuine insight. |
| Reflections and qualitative feedback | Structured data tells us what you decided. Qualitative reflection tells us how you thought — the hesitations, reversals, and moments of clarity that structured inputs cannot capture. These are the primary material from which your longitudinal development profile is built, and the most direct path to the platform becoming genuinely wiser about you over time. |
5. Strategic and Organizational Data — Never shared
| Data point | Notes |
|---|---|
| Organization size and structure | A decision that is straightforward in a ten-person company can be structurally impossible in a ten-thousand-person one. Authority levels, coordination costs, approval chains, and institutional inertia are all functions of organizational size and structure — and they determine whether a recommended course of action is genuinely executable or merely theoretically optimal. |
| Sector-specific challenges | Sector averages conceal more than they reveal. The resource constraints facing a specific organization within a sector can be dramatically different from the sector mean — and the decisions that work for the average competitor may be precisely wrong for yours. Sector-specific challenge data lets ALEXIS Navigator reason about your situation, not your industry's. |
| Stakeholder mapping and influence analysis | Most decisions fail not because the logic was wrong but because the human landscape was misread. Knowing who holds influence, who carries risk, and who has the power to block or accelerate outcomes transforms analysis from a technical exercise into a realistic assessment of what will actually happen when a decision meets the people it affects. |
| Strategic priorities and investment areas | Every budget allocation is a prior decision that constrains every subsequent one. Your stated priorities and investment areas reveal the strategic commitments already made — allowing ALEXIS Navigator to assess whether a new decision reinforces or quietly undermines them, and to surface the opportunity costs that tactical decisions often obscure. |
6. Environmental and Contextual Data — Never shared
| Data point | Notes |
|---|---|
| Geopolitical context | Political terrain is not background — it is a decision variable. Trade relationships, regional stability, diplomatic posture, and the shifting alignment of power blocs determine what is feasible, what is risky, and what triggers unintended consequences far beyond the immediate decision. Geopolitical context grounds analysis in the world as it is, not as it was. |
| Market signals and trend indicators | By the time a decision produces consequences, market conditions will have moved. Incorporating live signals and trend trajectories allows ALEXIS Navigator to evaluate decisions against the environment they will encounter — not the one they were made in. This is the difference between strategic analysis and a well-reasoned response to yesterday's news. |
| Regulatory environment | Regulatory risk is frequently the last thing considered and the first thing that kills a decision. Understanding your compliance environment — current requirements, pending changes, enforcement history, and audit exposure — allows ALEXIS Navigator to map the legal boundaries of your decision space before you commit to a direction that crosses them. |
| External drivers | Decisions made without reference to macro-level forces age badly. Technology that disrupts your sector, social movements that shift stakeholder expectations, and environmental pressures that rewrite resource economics are not peripheral to strategic decisions — they are the tide that determines whether the decision swims or sinks over a five-year horizon. |
7. Survey and Tool-Specific Data — Never shared
| Data point | Notes |
|---|---|
| Answers to structured surveys | Freeform analysis surfaces what you know you know. Structured surveys are designed to surface what you do not know you know — and what you do not know you do not know. Each survey type (Setup, Provocation, Interview, Audit, Stakeholder, Snowball, Curiosity, Burst, Challenge, Reflection) is a precision instrument for a different blind spot, collectively covering the dimensions of a decision that instinct alone reliably misses. |
| Results from decision and thinking tools | The conclusion you reach matters less than how you got there. Tool outputs — from AHA!, Insights, Innovation, Mitigate, Five Whys, Six Hats, and others — capture your reasoning path: which frames you applied, which alternatives you considered, and where your thinking converged or diverged from the analytical baseline. These patterns are the raw material of your development profile and, over time, the most honest mirror the platform can hold up to your thinking. |
8. AI System Interaction Data — Shared in aggregate only
| Data point | Notes |
|---|---|
| Queries submitted to ALEXIS Navigator | How a decision is framed is often the most consequential choice made about it. The specific language, scope, and emphasis of your query tells ALEXIS Navigator as much as the content — revealing which aspects of the decision you are focused on, which you may be avoiding, and whether the question you are asking is the one most likely to lead to a good outcome. |
| Aggregated responses and consensus metrics | When many members independently reach different conclusions from the same AI output, that divergence is a signal — either that the analysis is missing something important, or that a meaningful range of legitimate positions exists on the question. Aggregated consensus metrics allow PreEmpt.Life to distinguish between AI error and genuine complexity, and to improve the platform accordingly. |
| Human-AI disagreement and override instances | Disagreement is not a failure — it is data. When you reject or override an AI-generated output, you are providing the most direct signal the platform can receive that its reasoning is wrong or its framing is off. These instances are disproportionately valuable precisely because they occur at the boundary of AI capability — and systematically mining them is how the platform avoids accumulating confident errors over time. |
Data Sales Policy
We never sell personal data. We may sell de-personalized, aggregated information to aid improved futures thinking by professional third parties. No individual member can ever be identified from data we sell.
How your data is used
Your data is used to generate personalized foresight and strategic recommendations; to identify and correct potential AI biases (demographic, psychographic, and others); to support scenario modeling and what-if analyses; and for continuous improvement of AI outputs based on your feedback and engagement patterns.
Transparency and data access
Members can export their reports and data for further analysis through integrations with Perplexity, Claude, and Merlin. Your personal data remains with PreEmpt.Life in all cases — only your email address travels with exported data, solely to authenticate your identity in the receiving application.

Section 4
AI processing and ALEXIS Navigator
The ALEXIS Navigator platform is powered by artificial intelligence. When you submit a decision for analysis, your submission is processed by the AI model (Anthropic's Claude, operated via API) to generate your analysis report.
No automated decision-making in a legal sense. ALEXIS Navigator does not make decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant consequences for you. It provides analysis and structured thinking tools. You retain full control over any decision you make. Our platform architecture is designed to support your judgement, not replace it — this is a foundational commitment in how we have built the platform.
No profiling. We do not build profiles of you based on your decision submissions, and we do not use your submissions to train AI models.
Anthropic, the provider of the underlying AI model, processes your submission data in accordance with Anthropic's privacy policy and their obligations under a data processing agreement with us. Anthropic has signed the EU AI Code of Practice and maintains appropriate safeguards for the underlying AI model.
Section 4b
Personal profiles and longitudinal analysis
Over time, and with your consent as a member, we may build a personal profile of your decision-making patterns based on the submissions you make to ALEXIS Navigator. The sole purpose of this profiling is to help you see how your thinking evolves over time and to provide you with increasingly personalized analysis that reflects your decision-making style, priorities, and development.
What this means in practice. If you submit multiple decisions over months or years, we may identify patterns — for example, whether your risk tolerance is shifting, whether you are consistently underweighting certain categories of consequence, or how your framing of decisions has changed. This longitudinal view is made available to you as a member to support your own self-awareness and development.
What this does not mean. Your personal profile is never published, sold, or used for any purpose other than improving your individual experience of the platform. It is never used to make decisions about you. Our contracts with Blackcoffer, Anthropic, and OpenAI expressly prohibit each of them from using your profile data for any purpose of their own — including training AI models, research, or commercial exploitation of any kind.
| Profiling element | Purpose | Legal basis | Who has access | Contractual protection |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Decision-making patterns over time | To show you how your thinking evolves and to provide better, more personalized analysis | Article 6(1)(f) UK/EU GDPR — legitimate interests. Article 6(1)(a) — your consent as a member. | Blackcoffer: access to profile data and your personal registration data (name, email, account details) for systems administration and platform maintenance. Anthropic and OpenAI: access to derived profile patterns only — they never receive your name, email address, or any personal registration data. Profile patterns are transmitted via encrypted API call solely to generate your personalized analysis. | Blackcoffer DPA v1.4 Clause 24 — prohibited from using profile data for any purpose other than service delivery. Anthropic and OpenAI contracts — prohibited from using profile patterns for any purpose other than generating your analysis, including model training or any commercial use. |
You have the right to object to this profiling at any time by contacting us at alan@preempt.life. If you object, we will cease building your longitudinal profile and will delete any profile data already held. This will not affect your access to the platform or the quality of individual analyses.
Section 5
Who we share your data with
We share your personal data only to the extent necessary to provide the service. The nature and extent of sharing differs significantly between our providers.
Blackcoffer — our technical implementation partner
BLACKCOFFER (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is our long-standing technical partner and the only organization with access to your personal registration data — your name, email address, account details, and membership records — for the purposes of systems administration and platform maintenance.
Blackcoffer also has incidental access to profile data in the course of technical operations. Blackcoffer builds and maintains the ALEXIS Navigator platform under a formal Data Processing Agreement (v1.4, March 2026) and processes your data only on our instructions. All access is on a named, need-to-know basis. Blackcoffer is contractually prohibited from using your profile data for any purpose other than delivering the service.
AI model providers — submission content only
When you submit a decision for analysis, the content of that submission — and, where applicable, derived profile patterns that help personalize your analysis — is transmitted via encrypted API call to the AI model providers. These providers never receive your name, email address, or any personal registration data. They receive only decision submission content and anonymized profile patterns. They are contractually prohibited from using this data for any purpose other than generating your analysis.
